Remaining days beyond full months are billed at a daily rate based on a 30-day month. Availability is first-come, first-served and can change before a reservation is confirmed.
What the operator confirms
The official room list spans 48 m² studios, one-bedroom apartments, several two-bedroom categories and a 209 m² four-bedroom. The residence lists a fitness centre, lounge, equipped kitchens and on-site parking. Roppongi-itchome Station is directly connected to the building.

What to confirm before booking
The range of two-bedroom layouts is substantial: published examples include 93 m² and 169 m². Compare the actual floor plan and permitted occupancy, then confirm the reception, cleaning, parking and any paid lounge services in the proposed contract.

The 130㎡ 2-bedroom is a different product from the 90–100㎡ 2BRs that dominate the short-term comparison table — and the quoted ¥2.22M reflects that. Station-direct access and an on-site gym on the same floor as the front desk are the practical reasons this building comes up for senior assignments that need space, not just a central pin. Front desk is 7:00–22:00, not 24-hour.
