What the operator confirms
The serviced-apartment programme lists a 24-hour English-speaking front desk, doorman, twice-weekly housekeeping and complimentary breakfast. Residents have access to the Hills Spa; the operator also lists guest rooms, a lounge and library, and a separate Guest House for gatherings. These services describe the serviced floors, not every conventional lease in the tower.

What to confirm before booking
