Rooms from about 36㎡. Only the four suites — Seasonal Winter / Summer / Autumn and Signature Spring, 62–80㎡ — have an in-room kitchen (IH cooktop, large refrigerator-freezer) and washer-dryer. Superior, Deluxe and Junior Suite rooms do not. B1 fitness room, 24 hours. No pool. Shared laundry in the basement for non-suite rooms.

What the operator confirms
The hotel describes four suites designed for longer stays with an induction kitchen, refrigerator and washer-dryer. Its published suite examples range from 62 m² to 80 m²; a Superior Room starts at 36 m². The kitchen and in-room laundry are suite-specific, rather than amenities promised for every hotel room.

Treat this as a suite product, not a hotel-room product. If a real kitchen is non-negotiable, the conversation is only about the four suites — and those book like hotel inventory, not like Mori Living stock. The B1 gym is a fitness room, not a Hills Spa.
