A premium-tier serviced residence within Akasaka Trust Tower, completed in August 2024 as phase one of the district development; district landscaping and pedestrian spaces were completed on 15 October 2025 in phase two. The residence opened in 2026 and uses the 1 Homes brand, operated by Mori Trust Residential Service (Mori Trust Group). Floors 38–43, 36 units total. 1 Homes branded move-ins began March 2026, minimum stay one month.
Contract duration: Stays of around three months are common, but 1 Homes Tokyo is not limited to short stays. Long-term contracts, including a two-year term, are also accepted, subject to current availability and final contract terms. This was confirmed directly with Mori Trust in September 2026.

I visited in person — the building lives up to the brand. This is the 1 Homes brand, operated by Mori Trust Residential Service (Mori Trust Group), and it shows in the details: daily breakfast, twice-weekly housekeeping, and hotel gym/pool access are all included as standard, not upsold as extras the way they often are at this tier.
The location is the other real advantage — direct underground access to Exit 12b of Tameike-Sanno and Kokkai-Gijidomae stations puts four subway lines (Ginza, Namboku, Chiyoda, Marunouchi) at the door, with Tokyo Station 6 minutes away and Ginza direct in 6 minutes as well. From the residence floors (38F–43F, roughly 200m up), the Tokyo Tower and Imperial Palace views are genuinely some of the best I've seen at this price tier.
This is the premium end of the serviced category — positioned above the Mori Living / Ascott tier on price, but the included services and the direct station connection are what justify it, not just the 1 Hotels name.
